Investment Committee
The Investment Committee (IC) is responsible for recommending to the Board of Directors the investment policies and strategies for the management of the Funds and monitoring the performance of the Investment Managers and other Fiduciaries. The Board of Directors through its Audit Committee monitors the performance of the IC. The prime obligation of the IC is (a) to protect the principal assets of the Fund, (b) to maximize the return to the unit/certificate holders, (c) to maintain reasonable costs relating to managing the investments of the Fund, and (d) to ensure the Funds assets are prudently invested in accordance with the Investment Management Policy.
