Chief Investment Officer
Qualification:

- Demonstrated success of investment strategy over one, and preferably more than one, market cycle.

Head of Internal Audit & Compliance
Qualification:
Profile Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant/Certified Internal Auditor
Profile Requirements:
- Knowledge of all financial standards, prudential regulations, and statutory provisions, Companies Ordinance 1984, Standard Operating Procedures of NBFC.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, people management and goal & task orientation approach.
- Age 35-40 years (preferred)
- Internal Audit: Add value to the Corporate Governance structure, operate as an effective change agent, support the Audit Committee in executing their responsibilities, help management to achieve their goals and objectives and enhance the overall control awareness within the organization
- Compliance: Reviewing/ensuring compliance with the laws, rules and regulations, Investment policy (in case of Mutual Funds) and Standard Operating Procedures (including Offering Documents and Trust Deeds in case of Mutual Funds) relating to the management Company and Funds managed by the Company.
Manager Internal Audit
Qualification:

- Associate Chartered Accountant
Profile Requirements:
- Auditing, Drafting, Calculations, MS-Excel, MS-word, MS-Power point.
- Applying International Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory requirements relating to audit and accountancy.
- To assist in preparation of annual audit plan.
- To formulate internal audit programmers based on the annual audit plan and may include additional procedures in programmer due to any change in audit plan.
- To perform internal audit fieldwork.
- To perform surprise audit procedures after consulting of Head of Internal Audit and Compliance
- To document audit observations based on audit techniques of inquiry, observation and inspection
- To maintain adequate documentation of audit procedures applied.
- To maintain relevant documentation of records obtained from other departments during audit fieldwork.
- To prepare internal audit report on a quarterly basis.
- To document follow up of recommendations of previous quarter.

Head of Research

- Leadership skills, ability to Liaison with contacts in listed companies, brokerage houses, Research Analysts and People at Sales Desk. Analytical and strong judgmental qualities with independent thinking. Ability to train team and groom their skills up to the best of their abilities.
- Oversee fundamental research analysis – Economic Forecast reports, equity valuations and sector summaries specific buy/sell recommendations prepared by analyst for the Company’s Investment Management. The objective is to provide the investment managers, an independent, non-conflicted view of a publicly traded company. In this connection, responsible to develop innovative research products, financial tools as well as investment alternatives to assist and broaden the opportunities for them to meet the investment goals of the funds.
- To monitor Data-base development
- To maintain liaison with external research sources in order to stay abreast with latest developments on both macro as well as micro investment environment.
- Focus on building tools and products to enable Investment Management to undertake strategy recommendations to the Investment Committee. Based on each fund’s risk tolerance, asset-class preference, time horizon, and investment goals, preparation of strategy recommendation reports and financial models for the funds comprising notes on asset allocation, industry preference and stock selection.
- Documentation of paper-work of Investment Committee decisions taken
- Groundwork + liaison with consultants / business development and other related departments in the introduction and development of new products/funds with special emphasis on the preparation of the feasibility and legally required documents.
- Other special projects, including assisting the Chief Executive on various forums, e.g. MUFAP, SBP, SECP and special committees for the development of our business and sector of our business.
- Assisting the relevant departments in all aspects of the production of corporate communications, publications and presentation materials

Assistant Vice Presidents Investment Advisory
